WRITINGS
& REFLECTIONS

Some journeys continue long after a session ends

Life as a place of observation

Over the years, I came to realize that the observations I made through the body often echoed situations unfolding in people's lives. While the body remains my starting point, the questions it raises invite us far beyond movement itself. My writing is an invitation to explore the body, emotions, our relationship with ourselves and with others through stories, analogies and lived experiences.I hope these reflections inspire you to see life through a different lens.

The greatest lessons often lie hidden in what we finally take the time to observe.

THE BODY

When the body speaks louder than words

A body cherished. A body neglected. A body misunderstood.A posture. A pain. A way of moving. The stories our bodies tell often speak far louder than words.

"I don't care if it hurts. I have to train...""I'm afraid of getting hurt... or being in pain...""I don't understand where this sudden shoulder pain came from..."

Whether cherished or mistreated, the body is our one lifelong partner.

THE SELF

Feeling good within

Confident. Peaceful. Gentle. How do you relate to yourself? So many paths leading to a different way of seeing yourself… and living your life.

"I don't understand why I always put so much pressure on myself to succeed...""I don't like being alone. It makes me anxious...""Why do my movements become so much better when I close my eyes?"

Our inner world is always reflected in the way our body expresses itself.

THE WE

What the way we relate to others also reveals about ourselves

Every relationship acts as a mirror.
And the body silently takes part in that conversation.

"I've been sleepwalking for more than twenty years... Everything I don't say during the day, I seem to live out at night...""I don't dare say no, even when I know I should...""Whenever my boss calls me into the office, I immediately get a knot in my stomach..."

Between the self and the we,
there is, and there will always be, the body.

EVERYDAY LIFE

The extraordinary in ordinary things

When we observe life with curiosity, it offers an astonishing number of analogies waiting to be discovered.

"What two showers and two fried eggs can teach us about harmony...""How nature awakens our instinctive memory...""When a photograph offers a wider perspective that makes us want to breathe..."

Let's not forget to stay curious.
For everything has something to teach us.
